Caitlin Quirk, founder and owner of The Garb Collection, located at 1014 Asbury Avenue in Ocean City, the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, State, County and City officials joined Thursday to celebrate the grand opening of the new shop with a ribbon cutting.
Ocean City Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Michele Gillian congratulated Quirk on the opening of her new shop. Then Mayor Jay Gillian did the countdown, and Quirk used oversized scissors to cut the ceremonial ribbon to the applause of the attendees.
Quirk also owns Bowfish Kids, Bowfish and DriftSpaces in downtown Ocean City.
