The Ocean City Beach Patrol held its 45th annual T. John Carey Masters Swim on Sunday, July 13, 2025. More than 180 swimmers completed the one-mile ocean swim from 12th Street to 20th Street.
Jacob Texter, a 20-year-old OCBP lifeguard, was the overall winner in 19:37. Olivia Vecchio, an 18-year-old from Wilson Aquatic Club in Reading, Pa., was the top female finisher and fifth overall in 21:23.
