Hip-Hop and rap superstars Wu-Tang Clan are coming to Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City on Friday, Aug. 28 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 27 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at HardRockHotelAtlanticCity.com and Ticketmaster.com. All shows are subject to change. ABOUT WU-TANG CLAN Wu-Tang Clan are a hip-hop collective originally formed in Staten Island, New York in 1992. The groundbreaking East Coast rap group have recorded seven studio albums and more than 100 solo releases between its members, RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, U-God, Masta Killa, Inspectah Deck, Cappadonna and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard (ODB). Under the production of RZA, Wu-Tang Clan blended funk and soul samples with martial arts aesthetics on their 1993 debut Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) and its Billboard Hot 100-charting singles “C.R.E.A.M.” and “Method Man.” The group’s 1997 follow-up Wu-Tang Forever debuted atop the Billboard 200, earned a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album and later netted a quadruple-platinum RIAA certification along with its platinum single “Triumph.” The W arrived in 2000, followed by Iron Flag in 2001, 8 Diagrams in 2007 and A Better Tomorrow in 2014. Wu-Tang Clan released their single-copy, seventh album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin in 2015, when it became the most expensive piece of music ever sold for $2 million. In 2024, the group hosted the first residency for a hip-hop group in Las Vegas, then reunited for the 2025 collaborative project Black Samson, The Bastard Swordsman with producer Mathematics.
