Richard "Rich" Baehrle, a proud 2007 graduate of Stockton University and 1979 graduate of Ocean City High School, has been a leading force in Atlantic County real estate for over 40 years. As a seasoned broker and agent, Rich has consistently ranked among the top-producing realtors in the region, earning widespread respect for his in-depth market knowledge, negotiation skills, and dedication to client success.
