Sunday Champagne Brunch Returns to Council Oak Steaks and Seafood at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City May 12

Overlooking the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk and renowned for its USDA Prime steaks and the freshest seafood selections, Council Oak Steaks and Seafood will once again offer its irresistible Sunday Champagne Brunch beginning Mother’s Day, May 12. The brunch buffet features a carving station, raw bar, hot and cold stations, dessert station, and a la carte options.

Guests will be welcomed by a raw bar nestled within a hand-carved ice sculpture featuring an assortment of the day’s best seafood including oysters, jumbo prawns, clams, and individual tuna tartare. Additional cold offerings include an assortment of freshly prepared salads such as a refreshing beet salad with oranges, strawberries, feta, and pistachio vinaigrette; grilled asparagus with truffle vinaigrette; and marinated olives alongside traditional Caesar and garden salads.

Guests will flock to the carving station which will feature a 28-day dry aged striploin steak and a Kessler pork rack with ground mustard. Additional entrée offerings include king salmon with beluga lentils and Josper Oven-roasted chicken with ratatouille and basil.

Additional Champagne Brunch options include a variety of breakfast favorites including scrambled cage-free eggs, butcher cut applewood smoked bacon, and sausage alongside sweet treats such as French toast with banana custard and warm maple syrup and a wide assortment of seasonal fruits including cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon, berries and more with a honey vanilla yogurt dip made in house.

The Champagne Brunch is topped off with an irresistible and indulgent collection of desserts and pastries expertly crafted by Hard Rock Executive Pastry Chef Thaddeus DuBois and his team.

Along with its award-winning wine list and extensive bar selections, specialty cocktails available at brunch include the Last Chance Mimosa featuring La Marca Prosecco and orange juice, All-in Mary made with Tito’s vodka, house-made tomato juice blend and Tajín, High Roller Peach Bellini with La Marca Prosecco and peach nectar, Poker Face Classic Irish Coffee expertly made with freshly brewed coffee, Baileys Irish Cream and Jameson Whiskey, an assortment of mojitos and mimosas featuring fresh fruits, espresso martinis, and more.
