David Hughes, President and CEO of Shore Medical Center, announced that Rob Wood and Dr. Leonard Galler have been promoted to Senior Leadership positions at Shore Medical Center.
Rob Wood will serve as Shore Medical Center’s Chief Financial Officer. Rob has been a valuable member of the Shore team for the past 37 years. He joined the organization upon graduating from Rutgers University as a Staff accountant, and subsequently earned a CPA and MBA degree. Rob most recently served as Director of Finance.
Dr. Leonard Galler will serve as Shore Medical Center’s Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Galler, who has served as a General and Vascular Surgeon in the region for 42 years, most recently held the position of Clinical and Administrative Surgical Department Chairman at Shore. His instrumental leadership and unwavering commitment have significantly enhanced the excellence of surgical care and overall standards at Shore Medical Center.
