Ocean City held its Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 27 at Veterans Memorial Park. This year’s program included a keynote speech by Former POW and Retired U.S. Air Force Captain Ralph W. Galati, who described his experience serving in Vietnam. Many were in attendance to remember and honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Among the dignitaries present included Mayor Jay Gillian, members of City Council, Cape May County Commissioner Bobby Barr, and State Assemblyman Antwan McClellan, along with members of American Legion Post 524 and VFW Post 6650.
