Graduating seniors from Ocean City and Egg Harbor Township high schools marked the end of the school year with a reminder that the safest way to celebrate is by planning ahead.

Students gathered with HERO Campaign-designated police patrol vehicles to help promote the organization’s message encouraging graduates to make responsible choices during graduation season. The campaign emphasizes the importance of using a designated driver and making safe transportation plans before attending graduation parties and other celebrations.

The HERO Campaign reminds graduates that the designated driver is the true “Life of the Party,” and encourages students to celebrate their accomplishments while keeping themselves, their friends and the community safe.
