Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City Hosted Luncheon in Advance of National Human Trafficking Awareness Day

In honor of National Human Trafficking Awareness Day on Jan. 11, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City hosted a luncheon with three organizations working diligently to prevent and raise awareness surrounding human trafficking in the Atlantic City community. A special thanks was given to the AC Police Department and Chief Sarkos, along with Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds and his dedicated team who were present to shine a light on this subject. Hard Rock General Manager, Mike Sampson, also expressed Hard Rock’s deep appreciation for their incredible efforts. Hard Rock is committed to helping support this fight and donated $5k to HR Recovery, and on behalf of Hard Rock’s Boardwalk 1000 Foundation, $5k was donated to Covenant House and $5k to Avanzar.

In 2024, Hard Rock International and Seminole Gaming announced an ongoing commitment to fight against human trafficking with new support tools for victims and those at risk, a youth education program, new trainings to help Team Members combat and prevent human trafficking, and work with new community partners to create a greater impact.

  1. I have been doing human trafficking and drug trafficking up in Camden County area. I want to know how you can get notified when you are javing thrse types of meetings. I was a high school, and College Professor for 40 years. Taught and certified the Camden County Police Academy for the Camden County Procecutors office for Louis Sarrubi Sr. I also taught on all this in my classes at college. I volunteered in Gloucester Township to do undercover Heart to Heart and undercover drug taskforcing for free for last 10 years. I am still in great shape. I raised 5 children and worried about all these girls and teens gone missing lately more and more up here.
