Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Available Friday, Feb. 13 and Saturday, Feb. 14, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer a $129 thee-course prix-fixe menu that begins with a chef’s welcome of jumbo lump crab and fingerling potato salad finished with caviar and crème fraîche. Guests can then choose from incredible first and second course offerings including Maine lobster and scallop cake, Chilean sea bass, an 18 oz prime Delmonico steak, or thoughtfully crafted vegetarian and vegan dishes. The evening concludes with the Sweet Tree of Love, a decadent dessert presentation featuring chocolate-covered strawberries, passion fruit cheesecakes, dark chocolate rose torte, and more.
Additionally, from Feb. 9 to Feb. 15, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer festive drink specials including half off all champagne bottles, $50 bottles of Ken Wright Cellars Pinot Noir and JJ Vincent “Marie Antoinette” Pouilly-Fuissé. Cocktail lovers can try the Heart on Fire, featuring smoky mezcal, Drambuie, lemon juice, muddled blackberries, and orange bitters.

Indulge in a romantic evening at Hard Rock Atlantic City’s Japanese craft kitchen, Kuro. Valentine’s Day specials include an Oyster Trio, Hamachi Rose with yuzu mango, the “Love You Forever” roll made with salmon, tuna, dragon fruit and caviar; Lobster Tail Robata with wasabi butter, and New York Strip served with lotus root puree. Each Valentine’s Day meu item is thoughtfully paired with an optional beverage. Kuro’s Valentine’s Day specials are available Thursday, Feb. 12 to Sunday, Feb. 15.
Sugar Factory
The perfect sweet meal for your sweetheart, Sugar Factory will offer Valentine’s Day themed specials throughout February. With something for everyone, guests can enjoy savory flavors with the Pretty and Pink Chicken sliders pickles, crispy onions, Swiss cheese, and herb mayo, while sweet fans can indulge in Cupid’s Float made with creamy vanilla ice cream topped with luscious strawberry soda, served in a tall glass and finished with whipped cream, strawberry, chocolate, heart gummies, and wafers. This Omakase-style four-course menu is available for $100 per person and features items selected by Kuro’s Executive Chef Leslie Daniel.
