Surroundings Interiors Serves as Anniversary Sponsor
The highly-anticipated 35th Annual Jewish Family Service House Tour returns on Monday, August 5th from 11am to 4pm. This must-attend fundraiser, presented by Surroundings Interiors, will provide hundreds of guests with the rare opportunity to tour several luxurious Downbeach homes. The magnificent homes feature state-of-the-art gourmet kitchens, custom woodworking, unique décor and lighting, and beautiful landscaping as well as provide a glimpse of history and antiques.
“At JFS, we are excited to host the 35th Annual House Tour and provide guests with a sneak peek into stunning homes in Ventnor, Margate and Longport,” said Andrea Steinberg, JFS Chief Executive Officer. “We are thankful to the generous homeowners who will open their doors as well as the sponsors, attendees, and volunteers so we can host this important fundraiser.”
Tickets go on sale Memorial Day Weekend and are $65 per person through June 30. Tickets are $75 per person beginning July 1. VIP Tickets are $100 and include the convenience of door-to-door jitney transportation with a tour concierge and gift bag. To purchase tickets, visit www.jfsatlantic.org. Sponsorship opportunities range from $750 to $5,000. Program book advertisements are available from $250 to $750. Also, raffle tickets may be purchased for $20 each or six for $100 for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Tour attendance is not necessary to win a raffle prize.
All attendees will enjoy a complimentary lunch, sponsored by Oasis Property Group, and a complimentary Peace Pie ice cream sandwich dessert sponsored by BAYADA Home Health Care, Fountain View at Logan Square, and Peace Pie. L&R Installation serves as a VIP Sponsor.
JFS will also host an on-line auction with items including dining certificates, sporting tickets, distinctive health & wellness products, designer handbags, and more.
Proceeds from the House Tour benefit The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore, a membership program for adults over the age of 50 that provides Intergenerational Events, Care Coordination, Transportation, Grocery Shopping and Delivery, and Kosher Meals.
