The Caesars Foundation has awarded $150,000 in grants to six nonprofit organizations serving Atlantic and Cape May Counties, supporting programs that address critical needs and expand opportunities for residents throughout the region.
The grants support organizations addressing some of the region’s most pressing needs, including food insecurity, workforce development, housing stability, public safety and human trafficking prevention. Together, these investments reflect Caesars Foundation’s ongoing focus on meaningful partnerships that create lasting community impact.
Grant recipients include:
- Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City – $35,000 to prepare local youth for future careers through workforce development programs and industry-recognized certifications, including ServSafe, lifeguard training and Microsoft Office skills.
- Community FoodBank of New Jersey – $30,000 to increase access to nutritious food and essential resources through meal distribution programs, mobile pantries and family support initiatives.
- Avanzar (Atlantic County Women’s Center) – $30,000 to support the Dream Free program, which provides education, prevention and advocacy efforts aimed at combating human trafficking among young people and vulnerable populations.
- Atlantic City Rescue Mission – $25,000 to provide meals, shelter and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing hardship.
- 200 Club of Atlantic & Cape May Counties – $20,000 to fund scholarships for children of fallen police officers, firefighters and EMS personnel.
- John R. Elliott HERO Campaign for Designated Drivers – $10,000 to expand impaired driving prevention education through an interactive driving simulator and community outreach programs.

The grants are part of a broader commitment that extends beyond financial contributions. Caesars Entertainment Team Members regularly volunteer alongside nonprofit partners throughout the year, providing hands-on support and expertise to local organizations.
Team Members regularly volunteer with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, assisting with food sorting and distribution efforts that help serve hundreds of local organizations and families throughout the year. Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City resorts also contribute food donations and supports fundraising events that help expand access to nutritious meals across the region.
The destination’s support of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City includes Team Member-led workforce development programming, mentorship opportunities, STEM support and participation from culinary leaders who share career experiences and professional skills with local youth. Earlier this year, Tropicana Atlantic City hosted dozens of Boys & Girls Club members for a private IMAX experience, creating opportunities for engagement and exposure beyond the classroom.
Additional Team Member-led initiatives include assembling care packages and donating essential supplies for individuals served by Avanzar, as well as volunteer opportunities with organizations such as the Atlantic City Rescue Mission.
In addition to corporate giving, Caesars Entertainment’s Atlantic City resorts encourage guest participation through its “Change for Change” program, which allows them to donate spare change to support community organizations. The program has generated additional funding for several nonprofit partners, amplifying the impact of Caesars Foundation’s investments.
Collectively, these efforts demonstrate Caesars Foundation’s belief that meaningful community impact is built through sustained partnerships, volunteer engagement and shared commitment to creating brighter futures for those who live and work in Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
