Local business, Allegra Marketing Print and Mail, recently got to work on a much larger scale than the family business is used to.
Located at 533 Route US 9 S., Allegra Marmora recently completed a large-scale print and installation project for an event benefiting the Eagles Autism Foundation. This event was held at the Sea Isle City Yacht Club and was a huge opportunity for this local company to show what they can do on a national stage.
Brought onto the project by a marketing agency coordinating the event, Allegra Marmora produced custom graphics and displays throughout the space, including bar wraps, columns and a large-scale display incorporated onto a boat.
With designs and all communication finalized just one week before the event, the Allegra Marmora team worked quickly to produce and install the project, navigating unique surfaces and display requirements along the way. The team completed the installation overnight across two consecutive nights to ensure everything was ready ahead of the event and completed everything to their expected high level of quality and in a timely manner.
“This was an exciting project for our team and one that really challenged us to think creatively,” said Denise Wieand, co-owner of Allegra Marmora. “With a tight timeline and so many unique elements involved, everyone stepped up to make sure we delivered exactly what was needed. It was especially rewarding to know that our work would ultimately be part of an event benefiting the Eagles Autism Foundation and supporting an important cause.”

This project was the largest scale the local business has ever completed, but the owners shared that they were up for the challenge and excited for the project in more ways than one.
“We take a lot of pride in what we do, whether it’s a large-scale project or a smaller-scale one. Being locals, raising our family here, we have a lot of pride in our area too, so it was something fun and challenging we got to be a part of that helped our area get on the map a little as well,” co-owner Nick Wieand said.
The duo shared that they work alongside lots of nonprofits for various events and marketing things, and they love being able to connect with special charities and things. But they shared that to be affiliated with an organization like this one, and one that is affiliated with the Eagles, was super exciting and they were proud to be a part of it all.
“Our business and our team definitely learned a lot through this project. I think the challenge with the timeframe was the toughest part, but it was something that was an exciting challenge too, and we would love to take it on again,” Nick said.
All the reactions to the installations and overall event space were seemingly positive, showing that Allegra and all local businesses can truly shine even on this deeper and bigger scale our area may not be too used to.
“For us as a small business, we are always looking for new challenges. We always take pride in our end result. Because this project was larger, it involved most of our team and we were all excited to get to work together and challenge ourselves. We got it done in the required timeframe and with the quality it needed to hit, and we were just thrilled in the end,” Denise said.
For the Wieands, this project was about more than just putting graphics up around an event space. It was a chance to challenge themselves, work alongside a great team and show what a local business can do when given the opportunity. After taking on a project of this scale, they said they are excited to see what other challenges may come their way and are ready to take them on.
