The adults-only entertainment production, “The Hook,” that has been a fixture at Caesars Atlantic City since 2023, is scheduled to close later this year.
The final performance is expected to take place Sept. 6, bringing an end to a production that has surpassed 1,000 shows since its debut nearly three years ago.
Produced by Spiegelworld, “The Hook” opened in the summer of 2023 as a high-energy variety show blending comedy, acrobatics and adult-themed entertainment. The production performed year-round inside Caesars Atlantic City and became one of the resort’s signature live attractions.
Reports indicate cast members were informed of the closure in recent days. No official reason for the decision has been announced.
The show currently stages performances on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings, along with two nightly performances on Fridays and Saturdays through its remaining schedule.
“The Hook” is one of several Spiegelworld productions known for combining unconventional storytelling with spectacle and adult humor. Its departure will leave a notable gap in Caesars Atlantic City’s entertainment roster as the resort evaluates future live programming options.
