The elevation and resurfacing project on Roosevelt Boulevard and 34th Street will continue before dawn on Wednesday, May 20.
A subcontractor will be on the 34th Street corridor completing a road survey with laser-equipped vehicles between the hours of 12 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. The testing will be done from the base of the 34th Street Bridge to Central Avenue. Officers will be present to stop any traffic during the testing while the surveying vehicles are in motion. In between tests, vehicles will be permitted to travel through the area.
Please anticipate brief delays or plan alternative routes if you are traveling during this time period.
