Fresh off their successful debut at the Brooklyn Bowl in Philadelphia, Jawn of the Dead will be performing their unique take on the Grateful Dead catalog and surprise jawns at the Anchor Rock Club in Atlantic City on Feb. 21, 2026.

Led by composer Richard Hill, Jawn of the Dead never fails to surprise their audience with nontraditional eclectic selections of songs. Richard brings his love for Frank Zappa and classical music into his guitar solos. Jim Shaflucas, a Stockton College graduate, plays his bass as gracefully as dolphins playing in the ocean. Steve Rice’s fingers delicately dance across the keys, and when he stands up to play, you know the music will get intense! Dean Gorfti brings his playfulness to his drum playing, hitting beats like you’ve never heard before. Last, but certainly not least, Rosalind Rose shows her amazing ability to not only harmonize with the rest of the guys, she is also a powerhouse in her solo singing, having covered superstars such as Janis Joplin, Fiona Apple, Gloria Gaynor and others. Rosalind has also sung on stage with nationally known Grateful Dead legends including John Kadelick, Melvin Seals, Kenny Brooks and many more. Guitarist Chris Huff will be the special guest of the night.

A fun time will be had by all at the Anchor Rock Club! Tickets are available at the door and at this advance sales link: https://www.tixr.com/groups/anchorrockclub/events/jawn-of-the-dead-tribute-to-grateful-dead-171107
