Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, Sr. was joined by Sonny McCullough, 2026 Grand Marshal Daniel Gallagher, and other members of the Atlantic City St. Patrick’s Day Parade Planning Board at City Hall to announce plans for the 2026 Atlantic City St. Patrick’s Day Parade, taking place Saturday, March 7.

This year’s parade is expected to be the largest in the event’s history, featuring more than a dozen bands from across the Delaware Valley, over 100 participating groups, and tens of thousands of spectators lining the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk.

Per parade organizers:

Green will once again wash over the world-famous Atlantic City Boardwalk as the Atlantic City St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns for its 38th year on Saturday, March 7, stepping off at 1:00 PM. As the longest-running tradition in Atlantic City history, the parade proudly celebrates Irish Cultural Heritage while serving as a massive kickoff to spring and the Atlantic City tourism season, delivering significant economic impact to the city.

Drawing more than 50,000 spectators annually, the parade energizes local bars, restaurants, casinos, hotels, and small businesses during a key shoulder-season weekend. The two-mile procession travels along the historic Atlantic City Boardwalk, transforming it into a high-energy, family-friendly celebration filled with music, movement, and unmistakable boardwalk spirit.

“The Atlantic City St. Patrick’s Day Parade brings more than 50,000 people to our world-famous Boardwalk, with participants and visitors coming from all over to celebrate with us,” said Mayor Small. “That kind of turnout has a tremendous impact on our community, and our local economy benefits greatly. Nobody throws events better than the Great City of Atlantic City, and this parade is proof of that. I want to thank everyone who has worked year after year to make this tradition such a success. All our city departments will be participating, helping to make this year’s parade Atlantic City’s biggest and best St. Patrick’s Day celebration yet.”
