Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties (JFS) invites you to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by participating in a Day of Service on Monday, January 19 while supporting the community. 

On this day of unity, service and transformation, JFS will host two food collections in Mays Landing, a food pick-up and delivery, as well as sort and stock in JFS’ Margate office.

Food Drive at Walmart and Grocery Outlet 

(Four volunteers needed for each shift at each location)

9am – 10:30am

10:30am – 12pm

12pm – 1:30pm

Food Pick-Up and Delivery to JFS Margate

1:30pm – 2:30pm

Sort & Stock at JFS Margate

(10 volunteers needed)

2:30pm – 4pm

In 2025, JFS distributed more than 254,225 pounds of food and basic essentials to over 12,800 residents, including 4,850 children, from the agency pantry and food truck.
