Lift & Glitz Training Studio, a women-only fitness facility dedicated to empowering women through strength, confidence, and community, announced the Grand Opening of its second location in Galloway on Saturday, November 8th, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
After a decade at its flagship studio in Northfield, Lift & Glitz is expanding to reach more women in South Jersey who are seeking a supportive, empowering environment to achieve their health and fitness goals.
The Grand Opening Celebration will feature:
- Free classes and studio tours
- Membership specials and giveaways
- Local vendors and women-owned businesses
- DonutNV food truck serving hot, made-to-order donuts
- American Honey, PoKay Bowls, and Island Sun Tanning offering in-store specials
- Jersey Shore Aesthetics hosting an IV hydration pop-up
Lift & Glitz Training Studio offers Strength Training Circuits, Functional HIIT Training, and Personal Training, with programs designed for women of all ages, shapes and fitness levels. The studio’s mission is to help women feel confident and capable — inside and outside the gym.
The new Galloway location is conveniently located next to several local favorites, creating a vibrant community hub where fitness, fun and local business come together.
