Ahead of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City’s official seventh anniversary on June 28, a date officially proclaimed “Hard Rock Day” by Atlantic City officials in 2018, the resort reinforced its commitment to the local Atlantic City Community with several community events held June 25 and 26.

On June 25, Jim Allen, Chief Executive Officer of Seminole Gaming and Chairman of Hard Rock International, George Goldhoff, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, and Michael Sampson, General Manager of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, gathered with Atlantic City community members at the New Shiloh Baptist Church for a Neighborhood Town Hall. A regularly held event, the evening offered community members the opportunity to engage directly with Hard Rock leadership, share ideas, and explore areas for community enrichment. During the event Hard Rock presented the church with $10,000 in donations to support its efforts in providing vital resources to the local community.

Celebrations continued when Hard Rock Atlantic City team members gathered to pack 777 birthday-themed food boxes alongside lookalikes of the world’s most famous musicians for the Community FoodBank of New Jersey on the morning of June 26. A longstanding community partner, the Community FoodBank of New Jersey uses these themed boxes to help food-insecure children celebrate birthdays throughout the year.

Additionally, a community luncheon was hosted on June 26 where Hard Rock presented $7,000 donations to seven local organizations that benefit Atlantic City’s most underserved communities. Recipients included Jewish Family Services, Covenant House, The Arc of Atlantic County, Veteran’s Haven South, AC Pride, Diabetes Training Camp Foundation, and Chicken Bone Beach Historical Foundation.

Since opening in 2018, Hard Rock Atlantic City has continuously supported organizations within its local community, donating millions to over 500 community organizations in Atlantic City and the surrounding Atlantic County area.

“As we celebrate our anniversary, we proudly reflect on seven years of success, growth, and community connection,” said George Goldhoff, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. “Together with our owners, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and our partners, Jack Morris and Joe and Michael Jingoli, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible guests, dedicated team members, and our vibrant local community.”

Additional celebrations include performances by Incubus with Manchester Orchestra and special guest Paris Jackson and oceanfront fireworks on June 27 and legendary singer-songwriter Jackson Browne on June 28.
