♊ Gemini: How can you amplify your voice? Your heart’s loudspeaker is stronger than your words alone. Align the two with the same message and send it out into the Aether from both sources to manifest your dreams.
♋ Cancer: Are you your biggest cheerleader? Your own self-confidence is an inside job, which you can then project in your outside job. Mindset is everything. Believe in yourself, assert yourself, and welcome the growth.
♌ Leo: How do you express your inner child? Regardless of age, the inner child is present to remind you to play and invite joy into your life. Do whatever brings you that buoyant feeling and puts a smile on your face.
♍ Virgo: Do you self-sabotage? It’s a time of great soul-searching for you, and escapism, avoidance, and numbing are patterns to identify. Be gentle with yourself and know that it’s OK to be vulnerable.
♎ Libra: Are you open to meeting new people? As potential for new social circles grows, having an open mind and heart is important. Regaining your footing in relationships is ongoing, and new community can be supportive.
♏ Scorpio: Are you ready to present your big idea? Regardless of your profession or daily work, remember the adage “strike while the iron’s hot.” It’s the ideal week to express yourself or your big idea in the public arena.
♐ Sagittarius: What are you waiting for? There’s a creation of yours that’s ready for “publishing” or birthing into the world. Push through any real or perceived limitations, and go for it.
♑ Capricorn: Is your family wealthy? Consider wealth outside of solely monetary definitions. The ways in which your family’s wealth and your inheritance may still be hidden are coming to light.
♒ Aquarius: Is there a golden opportunity right under your nose? Look no further than your immediate partnerships and family for support. Sometimes all that’s needed is to let your guard down and ask.
♓ Pisces: Where is there unnecessary excess? Look at your daily, weekly, and monthly habits to identify overspending, overindulging, and overconsuming. Trimming in these areas will help your overall budget.

Messenger Mercury is having big conversations this week. Mercury will first meet up with Jupiter in Leo’s den on Aug. 15. This is a time to be more passionate about big ideas and big dreams that align with your heart’s biggest desires. Mercury and Jupiter come together roughly once per year; this time in Leo is a great time for inspiration with support from the cosmos. The support comes with duty and reinforcement from Mercury’s next connection, which is with Saturn on Aug. 17. Mercury and Jupiter together encourage the expansive dream and Mercury and Saturn together provide the scaffolding for the dream to become reality. They will communicate across the zodiac by what’s called a trine of the fire element from Mercury in Leo to Saturn in Aries. Fire is inspiration itself, so take advantage of these two almost simultaneous alignments. A little extra rest to foster dreaming time may be required as Mars squares off with Neptune on Aug. 17 as well. Mars/Neptune interactions may decrease motivation and increase sluggishness on and around the day they occur. The shift of the nodes of the moon into Leo (south node) and Aquarius (north node) is finally permanent by both calculation methods on Aug. 18. This secures the nodal energy for the next approximately 18 months (this was covered in greater detail back on July 30).
This is a great week to look up! The annual Perseids meteor shower peaks this week on Aug. 13. It’ll be prime viewing time since the peak occurs during the new moon’s darkness. A sparkling Venus and the waxing crescent moon come together exactly on Aug. 16. Look up just before, during, and after sunset to enjoy this beautiful cosmic connection.
