Shore Medical Center announced that Kathleen Biancorosso, MBA, Administrative Director of Patient Experience, a resident of Northfield, is the recipient of its 2025 Leadership Profile Award. This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who lead not only by title, but by example, influence, and heart. They are leaders who elevate those around them, inspiring positive change, and leaving a lasting impact on the organization.

Biancorosso joined Shore in 2016, bringing with her a strong work ethic, a commitment to growth, and a deep dedication to the hospital’s mission. Over the course of her Shore career, she has advanced in her role, returned to school to earn her Master of Business Administration, and earned the respect of her peers, leaders, and the entire Shore team. Today, she works closely with leadership across every department, providing invaluable insight, support, and guidance.

In her role, Biancorosso analyzes and interprets patient feedback, Press Ganey scores, and HCAHPS results, transforming raw data into actionable plans that enhance patient care. Her ability to uncover not just what the numbers say, but what they mean, has been instrumental in Shore’s ongoing progress in patient experience initiatives.

“Kathleen is not just a data expert—she is a driver of excellence,” said Vince Azzarrello, Vice President of Human Resources. “Her knowledge, insight, and dedication have touched every corner of the hospital, and her work consistently strengthens Shore’s mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care.”

Whether partnering with nursing units, support services, or clinical departments, Kathleen’s reach extends hospital-wide. Many at Shore can say they’ve learned from her, and all have benefited from her leadership.
