A little St. Patrick’s Day luck went a long way at Caesars Atlantic City last weekend when a first-time visitor hit a $832,549 Mega Jackpot on the very first hand he played. The Ocean County man was playing Three Card Poker when the jackpot hit on March 14.

The game is part of Caesars Entertainment’s multi-linked All-In Progressive Poker Jackpot, which connects qualifying table games exclusively across Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City and Tropicana Atlantic City. Guests can try their luck on the following games: Four Card Poker, Let It Ride, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Mississippi Stud Poker and Texas Hold’em Poker, all located in each casino’s table games section.

“It’s amazing to see a guest hit a jackpot like that, especially on their first visit, and in this case, on the first hand,” said Jacob Witmer, senior vice president and general manager, Caesars Atlantic City. “It’s the kind of win the lucky guest will never forget and a reminder that big moments can happen at any time.”

Following the win, the jackpot was reseeded at $75,268 and continues to grow for the next big winner. Prior to this jackpot, the progressive last hit in September 2025, when a New York woman won $759,128 at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.
