The Ocean City Farmers and Crafters Market is a popular summer event held every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to noon at the Ocean City Tabernacle grounds, 6th Street and Asbury Avenue. Running through Sept. 3, the market features more than 160 vendors offering fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, handmade crafts and specialty items. The 500 block of Asbury Avenue is also closed to traffic during market hours, creating a pedestrian-friendly shopping experience. The market draws both locals and visitors with its community atmosphere, seasonal offerings and the opportunity to support local farmers and artisans.
