Rosemarie Cunningham of Northfield, NJ, passed away peacefully after a lengthy illness. Rosemarie was a graduate of West Catholic Girls High School Class of 1948 and Pierce Business School. She worked at Strawbridge and Clothier in Center City Philadelphia as a shopper, a job she loved, and then at Baird Savings and Loan as a clerk until her retirement in 1985. Rosemarie was an avid reader. She loved doing crafts like making blankets for each of her children to ceramics as well as playing card games and dominoes. Family vacations in Wildwood Crest were some of the best times we had as a family. Rosemarie and her husband also enjoyed many winters in Alligator Park where she was involved in many different activities.

Rosemarie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She had a list of everyone in the family and never missed sending birthday cards to each one of them. Rosemarie also always made sure that what one of children received they all did. She was also a devoted Catholic and a member of St. Gianna Beretta Molla Parish.

Rosemarie was predeceased by her parents Cornelius and Anna, and her four siblings, her husband Harry, grandson Tyler, great-grandson Brody, and son-in-law Timothy. She is survived by her children Karen, Kevin (Karen), Keith (Laurie) and Kate, her daughter-in-law Karen, nine grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to Mom’s angels Julia, Elise, and Barb, as well as her nurses Ann and Stephanie who helped us through this journey. Thank you, too, to our ADK Sorority family and our EHT Schools family who never missed asking, “How’s mom?” and welcoming her at all our school functions.

A Mass of Christian burial was held at Saint Gianna Molla Parish in Northfield on Wednesday September 30th .
