Ronald Brown, 83, of Egg Harbor Township passed away on Wednesday July 1, 2026. Ron was born in Philadelphia and at the tender age of three months moved to Atlantic City with his parents. He grew up in Atlantic City, attended the Atlantic City school system graduating from ACHS in 1962.

Ron’s first job was an Atlantic City Lifeguard from 1958-1962. He loved the ocean, beach, and everything associated with it. Ron was an avid boater and loved fishing on his 28-foot Grady White boat aptly named “Pappou’s Toy II”.

At an early age Ron worked at Pace Maker Yacht (C.P. Leak & Son) starting on the dock handling boat deliveries. He rose in rank to become Dock Manager and later mid Atlantic Sales Manager. He remained with them for 15 years.

Ron then owned and operated “R&D Air Conditioning and Heating” with his wife Diamond. During this time, he also worked at Caesars Casino Hotel in Atlantic City as HVAC mechanic for 15 years.

Ron is predeceased by his parents Bradley and Dorothy Brown (Broome) and his sister Joan Mortillite (Vladimir).

He is survived by his family who will love and miss him always. Wife Diamond Brown, daughter Tina Reynea Brown, son NJSP SFC Bill Brown (Kathleen) and cherished grandchildren Dylan, Callie and Kayla. And lastly Christina Paul (Riley) sister in law.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Liturgy for Ron at 12 Noon on Wednesday July 8, 2026 at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 7004 Ridge Road, Egg Harbor Township NJ 08234. Family and friends may call after 11AM at the church. Interment will be held privately.
