Edward “Bo” Remvidas Jr., 77, of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 21, 2026. Born in Somers Point, NJ, to his loving parents Edward and Ruth Remvidas, Bo was the ultimate Beach Boy. With a passion for surf, sand, sun, and music, Bo married his Surfer Girl, Joy C. Tartaglio-Remvidas, in 1992, and spent the next thirty years Surfin’ U.S.A. and catching Good Vibrations together with their blended families.

Following his graduation from Mainland High School in 1967, Bo spent much of his career in the auto parts industry, including time at Shore Toyota and Holman Jaguar Parts. With a love of classic cars, NASCAR racing, and Fun, Fun, Fun, Bo was known for his memorabilia collection, including his award-winning 1961 Parkwood.

The surfboard-topped “woody” also served as a sleigh every Christmas when Bo found great joy in dressing as Little Saint Nick alongside Mrs. Claus, bringing joy to children across Atlantic County, from the Ocean City boardwalk to the living rooms of his great-grandchildren.

Bo lived his life to the fullest, embodying the energy of Kokomo - carefree, adventurous, and chasing sunsets. As Bo enjoys the ultimate Warmth of the Sun, with God, he will be missed and fondly remembered by his family, including his wife, Joy Tartaglio-Remvidas, his children, Michael Remvidas, Stacey Watt, Jennifer Remvidas, Jonathan Remvidas, Jeff Hornberger, Sandra Atack, Bonnie Hughes, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. As well as his Friends, including his honorary brother, Bill Simon.

Services will be held on June 20th at 11:00 am at Asbury United Methodist Church, 290 Asbury Rd. EHT, with an ocean paddle out in honor of Bo scheduled for June 28, 2026 at 6:30 PM at 31st & the Beach in Ocean City. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Edward’s memory to the Gift of Life at www.donors1.org. Arrangements entrusted to Jeffries and Keates Funeral Home, 609-646-3400.
