Northfield residents gathered on the morning of July 4 to celebrate Independence Day with the town’s annual parade. The festive event brought together local businesses, community organizations, and families in a spirited display of patriotism and civic pride.

Participants marched along the route with decorated floats, classic cars, and American flags waving in the breeze. Members of the Northfield Police Department and Fire Department paraded down the route along with community groups like the Yacht Club of Pleasantville.

Children lined the streets, waving flags and collecting treats from parade participants. The cheerful event brought smiles to the faces of onlookers as the community came together for the holiday.

The morning concluded with a ceremony honoring veterans and first responders. With clear skies and a strong turnout, the 2025 Northfield Fourth of July Parade was a meaningful tribute to the nation’s birthday and the people who make the town special.
