Members of the Miss Night in Venice Charity Committee, chaired by Pat Gillian, recently met to finalize plans for the upcoming July 2025 event. Chaired by Pat Gillian, the committee includes Sharon Capezzi-Walsh, Sue Doll, Collette Gabriel, Ashley Gillian, Maryann Jones, Jane Lugo, Nadine Otto, and Cathy Solarski.
Miss Night in Venice contestants met with the committee, had publicity photos taken, and received their Miss NIV t-shirts to wear when soliciting for donations. This year’s collected donations will benefit thirteen local non-profit organizations.
The contestant who collects the highest amount of donations will be crowned Miss Night in Venice 2025, along with her court, on the stage of the Ocean City Tabernacle at 7:00 p.m. Monday, July 21st.
Preceding the crowning ceremonies at 6:00 p.m., the contestants will parade in convertibles on the Ocean City Boardwalk from 5th Street to 12th Street. The new Night in Venice Queen, along with her court, will then reign over Ocean City’s Night in Venice Boat Parade on Saturday, July 26th.
