Jersey Cape Con returns to the Cape May County Library System on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is a free, all-ages event that brings the feeling of a large comic con into your local library at the Cape May Court House Branch. Patrons can shop from local vendors, meet local authors, play board and video games, make crafts, attend workshops, and more! Join the celebration of all things pop culture and geeky.
Guests are encouraged to come in cosplay as their favorite characters to enter the Cosplay Contest. They can also sign up to test their knowledge with the Trivia Contest, battle it out in our Video Game Tournament, and figure their way out of Superman’s Escape Room! Children’s author Nancy Viau will be hosting an author story time and costume parade for families with small children, game designer Jeff Stormer will be sharing his tips and tricks for tabletop role-playing games and character design, and local children’s author Julia Mills will be sharing her tricks of the trade in her art workshop.
Jersey Cape Con is completely free for all to attend and is open to all ages. No registration required.
