Scullville Terror in the Junkyard

Take a haunted hayride around an active junkyard or step foot into the maze, if you dare. The junkyard is open Fridays and Saturdays from 7 – 10 p.m. and Sundays 7 – 9 p.m. Hayride tickets are $15 per person, and maze tickets are $10. Combo rates available. Storybook Land Trick or Treat Weekend

Fall fun has taken over of South Jersey’s most popular family-friendly attractions. Kids will receive a free trick-or-treat bag and are invited to collect treats throughout the park. Plus, enjoy happy hayrides, a hay maze, and pumpkin patch. Tickets for this special event can be purchased online at www.storybookland.com.

Margate BooFest

Tighe School Fields, 7804 Amherst Avenue
The Margate Educational Foundation invites families and friends for an afternoon of Halloween fun benefiting Margate schools. Enjoy free activities and games including a dunk tank, Halloween Plinko, face painting, a spooky sprint, food and treats, music and more. Admission is $20 at the door. The event will culminate with a Trunk or Treat and Haunted Hallway at the Tighe School parking lot with tickets sold separately.
Margate’s Halloween Haunt & Treat

The Margate community is invited to this special community event in celebration of Halloween. Activities will include a Trunk or Treat with plenty of candy and treats, performances by Leslie’s Dance Studio, and appearances by local businesses and organizations. Plus, take a walk through the Haunted Hallway of the Eugene A. Tighe School. This event is open to all ages and costumes are encouraged.
Pleasantville Trunk or Treat

The City of Pleasantville Recreation Center invites families to their fun-filled autumn event. Dress in your favorite Halloween costume and be part of the fun with a Trunk or Treat at City Hall. Plus, meet with local businesses and community organizations, shop local crafters, and learn about health and wellness initiatives in our community. Rain date: Saturday, Oct. 24, 12 – 2 p.m.
Egg Harbor City Halloween Parade

Halloween comes to town as the Rotary Club of Mays Landing and Egg Harbor City host their annual EHC Halloween Parade. Gather your family and friends for a fun evening of costumes, floats, and performances. The parade will start at Claudius Street and will travel south along Philadelphia Avenue, around Arago and Liverpool Avenues, then back by Campe Street towards London Avenue. Smithville Monster Bash

The annual Underground Monster Bash returns just in time for spooky season. The event will include a full day of bands and live music, vendors, special guest appearances, and a costume contest with cash prizes. Admission is free.
Brigantine Elks Trunk or Treat

The Brigantine community is invited to a special Trunk or Treat event this Saturday. Bring your little ghosts and goblins dressed in their Halloween costumes for this fun and safe Halloween afternoon full of candy and smiles. Ocean City Boardwalk from Sixth to Fourteenth Streets
Mark your calendars and join the Humane Society of Ocean City as they host their annual dog parade next Saturday. Participants are encouraged to dress themselves, and their four-legged pooches, in zany and fun Halloween costumes. Registration will open at 1 p.m. at the Sports and Civic Center on Sixth Street. The parade will begin promptly at 3 p.m.

Mays Landing Ghost Walk

Join the Hamilton Historical Society for their annual Ghost Walk along historic Main Street. Attendees will be led on a guided walking tour by storytellers and historic characters, who will share their lives and events of historic and downtown Mays Landing. Absecon Lighthouse Haunted Tours and Paranormal Investigation

Smithville Witches Day Out

Grab your best friend, broomstick, witches hat and shoes for a fun-filled afternoon. Registration opens at 12 p.m. The parade through the village and judging will take place at 3 p.m. Prizes will be awarded in multiple categories, including Best Witches Costume, Best Warlock, Best Couple, Best Junior, and Most Creative. Plus, take part in a Scavenger Hunt throughout the Village, find the Witches shoes, and guess the number of candy corn to win special prizes.
Spooktacular Halloween Hayride

Funny Farm Rescue, 6908 Railroad Boulevard, Mays Landing
Join Funny Farm Rescue for a fun filled Sunday. Enjoy a hayride around the farm and wear your best and zaniest costume in celebration of the season. Hayrides are $10 per person and will include free hot chocolate or coffee. Proceeds benefit lifelong care, food, and treatment for more than 700 rescue animals.
