The Marjorie & Lewis Katz JCC’s recent Drag Diva Bingo fundraiser was a vibrant, fun-filled celebration that brought together people of all genders and ages for a night of laughter, entertainment, and community connection.
Known for its welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, Drag Diva Bingo has become a beloved multigenerational tradition, with families and friends attending together year after year. Guests were treated to high-energy performances by the divas of Drag Queen Entertainment, along with bingo games, raffles and exciting prizes that kept the energy high throughout the night.
While the event delivered nonstop fun, its purpose extended far beyond entertainment. Drag Diva Bingo is a key JCC fundraiser, with proceeds supporting programs across the organization – from Early Childhood Education and Camp Tikvah to Fitness, Aquatics and community programs for all ages. Every dollar raised ensures the JCC can provide meaningful opportunities for learning, growth and community engagement.

Among the raffle prizes, the Katz JCC’s Early Childhood Education Center offered a FREE month of school for a lucky student. Proud father, Eli, was the lucky winner of that coveted prize.
Adding to the excitement, the evening included a special raffle in celebration of Camp By The Sea, the Marjorie & Lewis Katz JCC’s day camp, and its upcoming 80th anniversary. In a truly unforgettable moment, a double camp raffle giveaway resulted in two sisters winning a FREE summer at Camp By The Sea.
“What are the odds?” became the phrase of the night, as the crowd erupted in cheers at the heartwarming surprise. The moment perfectly captured the spirit of joy, family and community at the JCC.
The JCC extends its sincere thanks to all attendees, supporters, volunteers, staff and performers who helped make Drag Diva Bingo such a success. Their generosity ensures the JCC continues to be a welcoming place where people of every generation can come together to celebrate, bond and belong.
