Historic Cold Spring Village is proud to announce the return of Feasting on History, the highly anticipated annual fundraising gala, now in its 24th year. This year’s event will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at the Naval Air Station Wildwood Aviation Museum, located at 500 Forrestal Road, Cape May, NJ 08204.
Each spring, Feasting on History brings together over 700+ guests for a night of culinary excellence and community celebration before the start of Cape May’s bustling summer season. The spectacular setting inside historic Hangar #1 provides the perfect backdrop as attendees network with local business leaders, neighbors, and friends.
Guests will enjoy signature dishes, craft beverages, and decadent desserts generously donated by Cape May County’s finest restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and breweries. With an impressive array of flavors and fare, this is an evening not to be missed!

All proceeds benefit Historic Cold Spring Village, New Jersey’s largest non-profit living history museum. The Village’s mission to preserve and interpret the history of Southern New Jersey through immersive and educational experiences continues thanks to the support of community partners and event attendees.
