American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s Out of the Darkness Walk
Saturday, Sept. 6 at 9 a.m. on the Boardwalk outside Hard Rock Atlantic City
For the sixth year, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City will host the Out of the Darkness Walk benefitting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The walk will be held on Saturday, Sept. 6, starting at 9 a.m. In 2024, Hard Rock Atlantic City raised more than $280,000 making the Atlantic-Cape Walk one of the largest in the state of New Jersey.
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is a voluntary health organization that gives those affected by suicide a nationwide community empowered by research, education, and advocacy to take action against this leading cause of death. Taste of Kuro
Enjoy a culinary adventure every Thursday with Taste of Kuro. This dining experience is expertly crafted from start to finish by Kuro’s acclaimed Executive Chef Leslie Daniel and features a $65 five-course tasting menu highlighted by Miso Soup, Eda-Shi platter with edamame and Niwa salad, Wagyu Gyoza, Chicken Yakitori, Soy Lemon Salmon and more. Along with delicious dishes, guests can enjoy a perfectly curated playlist designed by Chef Leslie and Kuro General Manager Samantha Phommalyla.
Sushi Sundays at Kuro
This Omakase-style four-course menu is available for $100 per person and features items selected by Kuro’s Executive Chef Leslie Daniel. The first course features chilled tasting of Toro Tartar, Salmon Bowl, Hamachi Pepper and Ceviche. Next guests will experience the y the chef’s specialty maki roll of the day paired with their choice of a traditional maki roll such as California Roll, Salmon Avocado Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll or Okinawa Roll. Guests will then experience a chef’s selection of sashimi followed by a sweet matcha roll.
Fresh Harvest Buffet
Throughout the summer guests can enjoy a seafood extravaganza at Fresh Harvest Buffet every Thursday and Friday for $59.99. Available delicacies include lobster, snow crab claws, crab legs, oysters, clams, shrimp, and expertly curated fish dishes alongside a variety of classic seafood accompaniments, sides, salads, international favorites, and more.
Happy Hour at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood
Enjoy summer evenings at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood’s highly regarded happy hour hosted Monday to Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. This elegant happy hour features modern steakhouse favorites such as local oysters, and beef tenderloin carpaccio, alongside a selection of wines and curated cocktails like the Rum Rocker made with Mt. Celebrate World Wellness Weekend Sept.19 to 21
World Wellness Weekend is held across the globe and encourages millions of people to resume a regular physical routine after the summer. Rock Spa & Salon at Hard Rock Atlantic City will participate by hosting free 30-minute yoga classes throughout the weekend. Each day the resort will host energized Vinyasa flow classes at 8:30 and 3:30 p.m. and a regular Vinyasa flow at 9:30 a.m.

The Sportsbook is located adjacent to Sugar Factory and offers a full variety of sports wagering options, including futures and live betting on events in progress. Wagering is available on all major sports as well as tennis, golf, UFC, NASCAR, and more. The Sportsbook is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Additionally, six kiosks are open 24/7.
