‘The Man Who Came to Dinner’

This comedy play by George S. Kaufman and Moss Heart debuted in 1939 in New York City and has enjoyed a number of revivals both on Broadway and in London. The play follows city wit Sheridan Whiteside, who is invited to dine at the house of factory owner Ernest W. Stanley.
