Ocean Heights Avenue in Egg Harbor Township was filled with patriotic spirit Monday morning as residents gathered for the township’s annual Memorial Day parade. Marching bands, first responders, elected officials and local organizations made their way along the parade route while spectators waved American flags from side of the road.
The annual event honored the memory of the nation’s fallen service members and reflected on the sacrifices made by generations of military men and women.
