In an effort to give back to the residents of the City of Atlantic City, Mayor Marty Small, Sr. and Golden Nugget Atlantic City have partnered for a free furniture and mattress giveaway beginning this week. Golden Nugget Atlantic City is in the process of renovating its rooms and suites as part of a multimillion dollar hotel renovation, and as a result, has excess mattresses (king, queen and full size), box springs, pillows, couches, sectionals, lamps, tables, chairs, clocks and more available for residents starting on Wednesday, October 2nd from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Thursday, October 3rd from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Upon arrival, residents picking up items will be guided to the appropriate pickup point by members of the Atlantic City Police Department and Golden Nugget Atlantic City security. Residents MUST provide their own means for pickup and transportation. Golden Nugget Atlantic City is located at 600 Huron Avenue. After this week, items will be available for pickup from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM every Monday to Thursday while supplies last.
