Tis the season of giving back, and the City of Atlantic City is doing just that with two community-focused events next week to support residents during the holidays. The Atlantic City Senior Services division and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Office are holding a Thanksgiving Food Box Giveaway on Monday (residents pre-registered for this) and the Atlantic City Reentry Services division and the City’s Homeless Outreach team are having a Winter Coat Drive (gloves, scarfs and Winter hats too) on Thursday where hot soup and services supporting individuals facing homelessness will also be available. Interviews will be available on-site.
