In her role, she will focus on revitalizing vacant and blighted properties through partnerships among Chelsea EDC and developers, businesses and government leaders, and property owners. She will be responsible for Chelsea EDC lease agreements, developer agreements, and will help establish Chelsea EDC as a development entity.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Jaskol has served for more than 15 years as president of the North Beach Ventnor Residents Association, driving bold initiatives in community development, enhancing neighborhood appeal, and cultivating vibrant civic pride and spirit. A New York native, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, where she was a member of the Temple Law Quarterly.
Terenik stated “Ms. Jaskol’s background and knowledge will be invaluable in implementing the long-term vision of the Chelsea Board to become a viable development agency. She will assist the agency to reignite the beauty and safety of Chelsea through activation of vacant properties.
