Cape May County business and community leader Amy J. Mahon will be among seven women honored at the 2025 Women of Achievement Awards Reception, presented by Performance Marketing and Signage, on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at The Legacy Club, 300 Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, N.J.

Hosted by the Scouting America Garden State Council, the annual celebration recognizes women whose leadership, service and mentorship are shaping their communities and inspiring the next generation of leaders through Scouting.

Mahon, partner and COO of Reich Asset Management, LLC and president of the Love of Linda Cancer Fund, is being recognized for her commitment to philanthropy, civic engagement and youth mentorship across Cape May County. 

“Honoring these extraordinary women highlights the incredible impact leaders can have on both their communities and on the next generation of Scouts,” said Patrick Linfors, scout executive and CEO of the Garden State Council. “Through their service, mentorship, and dedication, they help ensure that Scouts are prepared for lives of character, leadership, and active citizenship.”

Mahon joins six other South Jersey honorees representing Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties, including:

  • Keisha Stephenson Taylor, Ed.D. – Burlington County
    Senior Director of Alumni and Postsecondary Engagement, NAF, with more than 20 years of service supporting youth programs that help young people reach their potential.
  • Janice Campbell – Camden County
    Founder and President of Tri-State Canine Response Team; a passionate advocate for youth service initiatives and recipient of the New Jersey Governor’s Volunteerism Award.
  • Dawn S. Hunter – Cumberland County
    Executive Director of the Greater Vineland Chamber of Commerce; fosters business growth and civic involvement while creating opportunities for Scouts to serve their communities.
  • Vojislava Pophristic, Ph.D. – Gloucester County
    Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Rowan University; develops educational programs that support Scouting’s mission of personal growth.
  • Candice Racite, Ed.D. – Salem County
    Associate Vice President, Industry Engagement, Rowan College of South Jersey; empowers youth through educational partnerships that strengthen leadership skills.
  • Chris Aziz – Woman Scouter of the Year
    Longtime Scouter and volunteer; inspires Scouts to embrace service, character, and leadership through her decades of local program contributions.
