And Just Like That … ‘SATC’ Creator Set to Visit Stockton Performing Arts Center

In a new one-woman show that is equal parts dramedy and memoir, Candace Bushnell – the international best-selling novelist and creator of “Sex and the City” – is scheduled to grace the mainstage of Stockton University’s Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26.

Bushnell will take the audience on her storied journey to finding herself and her voice, which was documented in her 1996 anthology and eventually serialized in the iconic television show starring six-time Golden Globe-winning actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

Audience members are encouraged to dress to impress in their best couture. A cocktail reception in the Stockton Art Gallery with free appetizers begins at 6:15 p.m. A cash bar stocked with cosmos will be available for those 21 and older.

Tickets for the general public are $45. Tickets for senior citizens (65+) are $43.
