Absecon Lighthouse, New Jersey’s tallest and the country’s third tallest masonry light, is celebrating the 169th anniversary of the lighting of its historic first-order Fresnel Lens, first lit on January 15, 1857.  To celebrate, kids 12 & under are invited to climb FREE with adults on the weekend of January 17th & 18th !  And we’re also offering “two-for-the-price-of-one” climbs for adults.  In honor of Atlantic City’s beloved oldest structure, we are accepting donations to keep this iconic light shining, to be mailed to 31 S. Rhode Island Ave., Atlantic City, NJ, 08401.  Upon receipt, you will receive a personal thank you from our dear Abby commemorating your donation, as your kindness will be so appreciated!
