The sights and sounds of the holiday season were felt all throughout the Ocean City Civic Center this past Saturday as Winterfest by the Sea made its return. This annual event brings more than thirty local crafters, artists, and vendors under one roof for a full day of early bird shopping deals. Even Santa and Tom Turkey themselves were enjoying the festivities.
