One of South Jersey’s most popular haunted attractions returns just in time for Halloween. Take a haunted hayride around an active junkyard or step foot into the maze… if you dare. The junkyard is open Fridays and Saturdays from 7 – 10 p.m. and Sundays 7 – 9 p.m. Hayride tickets are $15 per person, and maze tickets are $10. Combo rates available. The music of Dolly Parton will be brought to the stage with style. “9 to 5” showcases a hilarious and empowering story about three women who decide to turn the tables in this upbeat story. With a score written by Dolly herself, the musical celebrates friendship and the power of standing up for yourself. The staff at Gregory’s along with Somers Point Mayor Dennis Tapp will open their 47th German Oktoberfest with a ceremonial keg tapping. Come see a keg of Warsteiner Oktoberfest Bier tapped by the old Bavarian himself, Baron Gregory Von Gregory. Afterwards, enjoy a free tasting of the authentic imported brew.

Ocean City Jeep Invasion

Ocean City Boardwalk
Hundreds of Jeeps, ranging from the newest models to classic wheels and wagons, will be on display from Fifth to Fourteenth Streets. Hosted by Blinker Fluid Productions, this classic car show is perfect for Jeeps fans of all ages. Admission is free.
GEHTHS Cemetery Tour
1 – 3 p.m.
Zion United Methodist Church, 652 Zion Road, Egg Harbor Township
Hosted by the Greate Egg Harbor Township Historical Society, this program will include re-enactors of revolutionary soldiers and some notable township residents buried in this cemetery. Enjoy a self-guided tour to marked grave sites, and a presentation on the history of the church, along with refreshments. Admission is free and donations will be accepted.

Ocean City’s premier race event returns this weekend. The course showcases the iconic boardwalk, downtown, and ocean views along a fast and flat course. The race will include a 10-miler and 5k. Funny Farm Fall Festival

The community is invited to a day-long celebration, featuring vendors and crafters, food trucks, face painting, raffle baskets, and live music. Take a hayride around the sanctuary and meet the over 700+ rescue animals in need. Proceeds support feeding and veterinary care for the animals that call Funny Farm home. Rain or shine.

Warm Hearts for Veterans

Wesley by the Bay’s is asking for the support of local businesses, vendors, and community members by donating new winter clothing and essential items. The donations will benefit homeless veterans throughout Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Suggested new donations include men’s or women’s winter coats, socks, gloves, hats, scarves, thermal shirts, hand and foot warmers, backpacks, and gift cards to McDonald’s, 7-Eleven, or Dunkin’.
