Sebastian Maniscalco fans showed off their best moves Friday, Sept. 18, during a dance competition celebrating the comedian’s eight-show residency at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City.
The free “Does Your Father Know You Can Dance Like That?” competition was held at Nola’s Bar & Lounge and hosted by comedian, impressionist, voice actor and podcaster Andrea Lopez.
Before the live event, contestants submitted 30-second videos of themselves dancing to “Does Your Father Know You Can Dance Like That?,” a track by Maniscalco and Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Steve Aoki. Selected finalists were then invited to compete onstage at Nola’s.
A panel of judges selected Eric of New Jersey as the grand-prize winner. He received two tickets to Maniscalco’s show at Ovation Hall and a meet-and-greet with the comedian.
Judges included Frank Ruocco, executive vice president of operations at Ocean Casino Resort; comedian, writer and director Mike Young, Maniscalco’s opening act; and local social media personality “Jersey Joe.”
Entertainer Mark Maggi, who won Ocean’s Sebastian Maniscalco impersonator contest in 2025, also made an appearance during the event.
Ocean Casino Resort has introduced several Maniscalco-themed experiences throughout the property in conjunction with the residency.
“Sebastian’s Favorite Things” offers a culinary tour featuring some of the comedian’s preferred breakfast dishes, casual bites and upscale dinner selections. A dedicated Maniscalco’s retail pop-up features exclusive casino merchandise, flavored iced coffees, Mama Maniscalco’s Famous Cheesecake and photo opportunities.
An Uncle Louie G’s cart is also serving Italian ice in classic and specialty flavors. Guests can order Maniscalco-inspired cocktails, including the Maniscalco Manhattan and Lana’s Lanacello Spritz, named for his wife, at select bars throughout the resort.
Maniscalco’s remaining performances at Ovation Hall are scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 24, through Sunday, Sept. 27. Tickets and additional information are available at theoceanac.com/sebastian-maniscalco-ocean-casino-resort.
