While a reticent Saturn and a moody Mars are squaring off and creating tension and impedances this week, let’s turn our attention to a new, beautiful, harmonious connection that will influence the cosmos for the next several months. September kicks off with the pre-shadow period of the upcoming Venus retrograde. The pre-shadow periods are when the themes that will become prevalent during the actual planetary retrograde will begin to whisper clues to us. We’ll get into more Venus retrograde details in a future Cosmic Connection when we’re closer to the beginning of it. For now, tune your heart into your horoscope for this week and pay very close attention to what you start noticing unfold in your life. There’s a supportive connection Venus will make to the north node of the moon several times over the next few months that will make this pre-shadow, the retrograde, and the post-shadow periods especially unique and invite in some unconventional aspects to the overall themes. This will encourage soulful growth, perhaps going about relating to each other in different ways, and welcoming the nudges to face some things that usually cause discomfort to break a pattern or to seek a resolution rather than remaining in imbalances. As always with the cosmos, the invitation is there for us to RSVP yes, no, or maybe. The most diplomatic answer will tune our heartstrings as we head into October.
