The holiday fireworks shows won’t be the only explosions in the skies this week! Sparks will also fly in the cosmos on July 4 as masterful Mars and unusual Uranus conjoin in the early degrees of Gemini. The last time Mars and Uranus united was in mid-July 2024 in the zodiac sign Taurus. Saturday’s meetup will be a much different vibe and one that we haven’t experienced in over 80 years! Gemini is all about communication, the flow of thoughts, words, ideas, and staying curious about information. Expect the unexpected personally and collectively, with the potential for surprising, shocking, or strange news or new ideas. This meetup is especially intriguing with its connection to potent Pluto in the early degrees of Aquarius. These are powerhouse planets signaling each other in ways that we haven’t experienced in decades and a first for anyone with this particular connection to Pluto’s influence. Sharpen your inner fact-checker and pay attention to how your body feels while information is being received. Gemini can be a trickster, and its planetary ruler, Mercury, is currently retrograde.
Two cosmic events will follow, which will offer opportunities for structure, responsibility in handling whatever surfaces, and retracing steps. The biennial square of the sun to stern Saturn will occur on July 6, and numinous Neptune will begin its backward journey again through the early degrees of Aries on July 7.
