The cosmic culmination this week is May’s blue moon! A blue moon occurs when there are two full moons in the same calendar month. May kicked off with the Scorpio full moon on June 1 and closes out with the Sagittarius full moon on May 31 (reaching fullness at 4:45 a.m.). The blue moon status isn’t the only rarity characterizing this Sagittarius full moon. Although there are challenging aspects it’ll make with other points in the cosmos, we’ve been steeped in these soul lesson challenges calling our attention for almost 18 months, so this time expect crossing that threshold to come almost naturally, or with greater ease. Jupiter holds the cosmic mic at this time and is enthusiastically cheering on all things spiritual growth, ensuring that a new course of action is chosen to expand the collective consciousness. Evolution is the path forward, and the release of old patterns and confining belief systems is being encouraged. The full moon also receives energetic support from steadfast Saturn and numinous Neptune, boosting the efforts involved in fully achieving the goals set forth by the cosmic configurations.
