As part of OrkinServes, Orkin employees assembled 150 care bags during a company conference held earlier this week at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. The bags, which include a teddy bear, coloring book, crayons, and a handwritten letter of hope, are designed to provide comfort and encouragement to children experiencing a crisis.

The care bags were assembled by Orkin managers and administrators and will be distributed to police, fire, and EMS first responders throughout Atlantic City. First responders will provide the bags to children in the community during emergency situations.

OrkinServes is an employee volunteer program designed to help take care of our communities. Each year, Orkin branches across the country set aside time specifically for giving back in their local areas. Since the program started, Orkin employees have donated hundreds of hours of volunteer service to residents and organizations in the U.S.
