Utility installations at two Atlantic County library branches will temporarily impact their normal operating hours.
On Wednesday, January 29, the Somers Point branch at 801 Shore Road will open at 12 noon for the installation of a second floor HVAC system. On Thursday, January 30, the Mays Landing branch at 40 Farragut Avenue will be closed for the day for the installation of a transfer switch for the backup generator.
The return bins at each location will remain open during this time. Each branch is expected to open the following day at its normal time.
Patrons may visit atlanticlibrary.org for all 10 branch locations and hours and to access a wide variety of digital services.
